Keyfix and IG Masonry Support proudly sponsor the ABC Awards

Keyfix and IG Masonry Support are delighted to announce their event sponsorships for this year’s Association of Brickwork Contractors (ABC) Awards.

 

Entries into The ABC Awards opened in July, encouraging brickwork contractors to submit their entries in five distinguished categories which recognise outstanding quality in the Brickwork Contracting sector: Commitment to Training and Development, Project of the Year, ABC Bricklayer Apprentice of the Year, ABC Associate Supplier of the Year, and ABC Craftsperson of the Year.

Specialists in the development of non-combustible masonry accessories, Keyfix is sponsoring the event’s ‘Commitment to Training and Development’ category which is aimed at companies that demonstrate a fervent dedication to training. Keyfix has also been shortlisted for the Associate Supplier of the Year Award, and is the only manufacturer that has made the shortlist.

Commenting on the sponsorship, John Duffin, Managing Director at Keyfix, said:

“The category we are sponsoring chimes with our belief that high-quality training programmes are crucial to the development of a new generation of skilled bricklayers. We recognise the excellent work ABC is carrying out to upskill young bricklayers and the industry as a whole, hence we’re delighted to offer our support to this year’s awards.”

The awards are designed to celebrate outstanding quality in the brickwork contracting sector, which relates to IG Masonry Support as a leading designer manufacturer of advanced stainless-steel masonry support products.

Winners in each category will be announced at a finals evening held at London’s Royal Horseguards Hotel on 24th February 2023. This evening marks the second time the awards have been held since their inception in 2021.
